Case Riveting

Introduce

Mainly used for steel case welding and riveting assembly. Automatically feeds steel case, nickel sheet, rivet, outer gasket, inner gasket, and aluminum sheet. Nickel sheet is welded to the outer case at fixed positions; rivet, outer/inner gaskets, and aluminum sheet are assembled and then riveted. Includes automatic feeding, barcode reading, nickel sheet welding, assembly of rivet/gaskets/aluminum sheet, riveting, dimension measurement, IR/CR test, and automatic unloading. Customized configurations are available.
